The Contracting Authority is responsible for a number of different processes for running Oslo Airport. These can mainly be divided into passenger processes, baggage processes and plane processes. The aim is secure, punctual and efficient operation of the airport. This depends on all these processes being run in a stable and efficient way.
Since 2014 the Contracting Authority has used the Lean methodology to standardise, stabilise and make the central processes that Avinor is responsible for more efficient. This is to be further developed in the coming years.
In 2019-2022 there will also be a lot of focus on punctuality improvements in Avinor and the Contracting Authority would like to use the Lean method to optimise relevant processes that affect punctuality.
The Contracting Authority will require assistance to analyse the processes, suggest improvements, provide support for the implementation of the improvements and to follow-up the result achievement as regards the process improvements.
Oslo Airport Gardemoen.
The contracts will be valid for 3 years, with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend for a further 1 + 1 year (a maximum of 5 years in total).
Tenderers will be ranked according to their achieved score, based on the qualification criteria, which are stated in the qualification documentation.
The Contracting Authority has an option to extend the contract for 1+1 year.
The Contracting Authority has an option to include other companies within the group in the contract.
