The framework contract will cover the needs of the Office in relation to:

(1) Provision of audiovisual equipment;

(2) Services related to audiovisual equipment:

— audiovisual technical support, which will include assistance and technical support in carrying out the following services:

— — conferences,

— — conferences with interpretation,

— — videoconferences (VICO),

— — portable videoconferencing (portable VICO),

— — meetings,

— — services related to the television studio,

— — services in open areas,

— start-up of audiovisual equipment,

— preventive maintenance service. The preventive maintenance service of the audiovisual equipment of the Office is required with a minimum monthly frequency,

— corrective maintenance service of the Office’s audiovisual equipment.
