In June 2016, the Moving Image Archive of the National Library of Scotland ‘the Library’ will relocate from its current premises at Hillington to newly converted purpose built premises within the Kelvin Hall complex.
As part of the move the library intends to provide additional services including an interactive 4K Video Wall that may include other additional, but more standard AV equipment.
To assist us with the process of developing a procurement strategy for the ‘Audio Visual — supply, design, installation, content configuration plus support and maintenance of a 4K Video Wall and associated ancillary AV applications, services and equipment’ within the Kelvin Hall premises, the Library is seeking views and information from the market place in connection with the areas set out in this RFI.
