The Supply of Project Management and Full Design team
Dumfries and Galloway College wish to engage a suitably qualified contractor to carry out architectural design and project management services over 2 lots:
Lot 1: Design and Project Management of proposed STEM hub at Dumfries and Stranraer campuses.
Lot 1: Ad-Hoc architectural services across Dumfries and Galloway College Estates
Lot 1 and Lot 2

Dumfries and Galloway College
Architectural design and Project Management Services for potential STEM Hub development at Dumfries and Stranraer Campus.

Allowance for extensions should project timelines change significantly
Provision of Ad-Hoc architectural services
To provide ad-hoc architectural services to Dumfries and Galloway College as and when required by the College.
Additional extension of 1 year plus 1 year upon satisfactory performance.
