Supply and Delivery of Hot Beverage Machinery and Supplies
This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is in relation to Hot Beverage Machinery and Supplies.
It is anticipated that the scope of the materials covered under the framework will include, but is not limited to, the purchase and rental of coffee machines and the purchase of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and associated products.
Purchase of Coffee Machines
This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is in relation to a new framework opportunity for Hot Beverage Machinery and Supplies.
Tenderers will be able to bid for one, any, or all local authority areas, for each lot, where applicable.
Please note the lot structure is still to be confirmed, and is therefore subject to change.

Scotland Excel envisages publishing a future tender opportunity on behalf of all 32 local authorities in Scotland, together with any Integration Authority, or other body, established pursuant to the Public Bodies (Joint Working)(Scotland) Act 2014.

At this stage there is an opportunity for interested parties to meet with Scotland Excel to discuss the upcoming framework. We would like to invite suppliers to contact Scotland Excel to arrange an individual meeting to take place at Scotland Excel's Offices in Paisley on Wednesday 11th July, Thursday 12th July (AM only).
The meetings will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. The meeting can also be conducted over the telephone if this is easier due to locality.
