II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The Norwegian Refugee Council's (NRC) Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance core (ICLA) competency is seeking to find solutions to build its digital future — both for its staff and its clients/beneficiaries in our country programmes.

Before engaging in a formal RFP procurement process, NRC is performing a learning process where we will engage in a dialogue with the community at large. We seek to consult with a broad range of actors in both the non-profit and private sector to help us to refine the design work done to date, generate new ideas, solutions and concepts, as well as assist us in better understanding what the market has to offer at present in relation to the existing design work and concepts and where true innovation will be needed to deliver on our vision.

The expected outcome of the information sessions and consultations will be to develop 1 or more RFP-able solution descriptions (or RFP-able problem statements). The RFP may be split into separate calls or launched as a single call. NRC reserves the right to suspend the RFP should it deem a change in direction is in the best interest of NRC or our beneficiaries.
