Description of renewals:

De beoogde ingangsdatum van de implementatie is 1 november 2022. De overeenkomst met betrekking tot het onderhoud gaat in op het moment van de juridische levering van de software (uiterlijk 31 Maart 2024) en heeft een initiële looptijd van 4 jaar (48 maanden), met de optie om de overeenkomst telkens voor 1 jaar stilzwijgend te verlengen.
