The Ministry of justice on behalf of the Lord Chancellor acting under Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service, (HMCTS), an Executive Agency of the Ministry of Justice providing support for the administration of justice in courts and tribunals. The new services will deliver an enhanced Career Transition Support package to help our people make the emotional transition, as well giving practical support to gain a role within the reformed HMCTS; find a job elsewhere; or to pursue alternative paths such as retraining, self-employment or active retirement.
The objectives of the organisational transformation are to:
