In deze methodiek wordt het totaalaantal behaalde punten op het onderdeel sub-gunningscriterium kwaliteit in kwadraat gedeeld door de totaalprijs van het sub-gunningscriterium prijs (P) * 1.000 Dit resulteert in een “kwaliteit per prijs eenheid”.
