Security and safety services Luxembourg.
The call for tenders is divided into 3 lots as follows:
lot 1: security and safety operations services;
lot 2: security advisory services;
lot 3: safety advisory services.
The tasks of the service provider will be to support the protection of staff members, premises, equipment, knowledge and events of the client in Luxembourg from deliberately and/or accidentally caused harm by carrying out various security and safety operations services (lot 1), security advisory services (lot 2), safety advisory services (lot 3).
A tenderer will be allowed to apply for lot 1 or for lot 2 or for lot 3 or for lots 2 and 3. In other terms, the tenderer applying for lot 1 shall not apply for lot(s) 2 and/or 3 and vice versa.
Each tender will be assessed separately.

The duration for each contract is for a core 3-year period with the possibility of 2 annual, tacit, extensions of 1 year up to a maximum period of 2 years.
Lot 1 is a contract for provision of services.
Security advisory services
Security advisory services.
Lot 2 will be a framework agreement for provision of services with a single provider.
Safety advisory services
Safety advisory services.
Lot 3 will be a framework agreement for provision of services with a single provider.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Execution of the service is reserved to a particular profession.
Reference to the relevant law, regulation or administrative provision:
Armed security officers: needed legal permission to carry and use duty weapons issued by the competent national authorities of Luxembourg.
Section IV: Procedure
Upon request, the written record of the opening of the tenders will be provided to economic operators who submitted a tender.
Section VI: Complementary information
A site visit is organised and obligatory for lot 1 only. The proposed date is 8 or 9.8.2017. More details are provided in the tender documents.
