This is a call for tenders in a form of an open procedure to conclude 1 Multiple framework contract (MFC) in cascade per lot, for studies providing scientific advice in support of the implementation of the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP) in:

— Lot 1: the Baltic, North Sea EU waters,

— Lot 2: the Atlantic EU western waters and the EU outermost regions.

For each lot, 1 Multiple framework contract in cascade will be concluded with a maximum of 3 selected tenderers.

The general objective of these MFCs is to provide the European Commission with a flexible tool to request specific and timely scientific advice for fisheries management or other specific services needed, for the provision of the advice in support the CFP in the EU waters including transversal issues but excluding specific issues in the Mediterranean and the Black Sea which are covered by the FWC EASME/EMFF/2016/032.

Tasks to be carried out by the contractor are further detailed in the tender specifications in Section 1.
