Civil Works for B14 — Tritium Building
Completion of the B14 — tritium building.
ITER Site in Cadarache, route de Vinon sur Verdon, F-13115 Saint-Paul-lez-Durance, FRANCE.
The Tritium Building (B14) is already built up to Level 2 (L2) slab. The scope of this procedure is as follows:
— civil works for B14, from L2 walls up to Roof 1 (R1) slab and Roof 2 (R2) aedicules including reinforced concrete works, embedded items, structural repairs, earthing and lightning, temporary protection of internal openings and temporary waterproofing, rainwater drainage and closure of external openings, weather tightness on temporary basis.
— reinforced concrete: 11 800 m3,
— reinforcements: 3 000 tons.
Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates:
F4E will limit the number of candidates invited to submit a tender to 5.
The ranking of pre-selected companies which will be qualified for the evaluation stage and the subsequent negotiation phase will be based on the criteria listed in the specific tender conditions.
Option 1: civil works for the cargo lift machinery room in Building 11 R1 level, surrounding steel structure and complementary cladding;
Option 2: civil works of one aedicule located at R1 level;
Option 3: second stage concrete civil works: slab at Building 11 Level L3M.
Prior to the submission of the tenders, F4E may organize a site visit, the exact date will be confirmed at the latest with the dispatch of the invitation to tender.

In case of new contract(s) consisting of repetition of similar works or services entrusted to the economic operator to which fusion for energy awarded the original contract, fusion for energy may use the negotiated procedure in accordance with Article 134 RAP.

Within 2 months of notice of the award decision, you may launch an action for annulment of the award decision. Any request you may make and any reply from us, or any complaint for maladministration, will have neither the purpose nor the effect of suspending the time-limit for launching an action for annulment or to open a new period for launching an action for annulment. The body responsible for hearing annulment procedures is indicated in Section VI.4.1) of the Contract Notice.
