EASME wishes to enter in a service contract to enhance the development of the needed skills and contribute to the growth of jobs in the space data (geo information), by preventing discontinuity in the sector or lack of potential exploitation; by matching university curricula with the industry's professional needs; by enhancing SMEs role and by translating the benefit of the EU space programmes and interdependent policies helping the rise of interest for geospatial skills; by reinforcing educational and training tools and the link with digital skills for big data and entrepreneurial skills for the spin-offs support.

The tasks are to be performed at the premises designated by the contractor, save where meetings are to beheld at EASME or the European Commission’s premises.

EASME wishes to enter in a service contract to enhance the development of the needed skills and contribute to the growth of jobs in the space data (geo information), by preventing discontinuity in the sector or lack of potential exploitation; by matching university curricula with the industry's professional needs; by enhancing SMEs role and by translating the benefit of the EU space programmes and interdependent policies helping the rise of interest for geospatial skills; by reinforcing educational and training tools and the link with digital skills for Big Data and entrepreneurial skills for the spin-offs support.

The contractor will be asked to implement the tasks grouped under 2 work packages (WPs):

WP1— coordination and monitoring (1 – 16 months),

WP2— communication campaign (2 – 18 months).
