Purchase of professional kitchen and catering equipment in Brussels, Luxembourg and Strasbourg.
— Supply, as renewal and as first supply, of standard or bespoke professional kitchen and catering equipment to be used on the 3 European Parliament sites in Brussels (lot 1), Luxembourg (lot 2) and Strasbourg (lot 3), including delivery, unpacking and the recovery of packaging.
— Installation of the supplied equipment, including checks, tests, adjustments, commissioning, training and acceptance.
— Dismantling of existing equipment.
— Implementation projects.
— Removal of used kitchen equipment for depollution and dismantling.
— Collection, transport, disposal or recovery of waste from refrigeration installations.
— Warranty and after-sales service during and outside the warranty period.
Supply of professional kitchen and catering equipment and related services.

Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
be enrolled on the professional or trade register, except in the case of an international organisation.
minimum annual turnover, realised in the field of the contract during the last 2 financial years for which accounts have been closed, of:
— for lot 1 (Brussels): 3 300 000 EUR,
— for lot 2 (Luxembourg): 1 200 000 EUR,
— for lot 3 (Strasbourg): 3 000 000 EUR.
— have proven experience in the field of the services under the contract, i.e. the sale and installation of professional kitchen and catering equipment,
— have an office in or near the location for contract performance, thus providing the European Parliament with assurance that the contractual activities (installation and repairs) will be made within the time limits laid down in the contract.
