— Supply, as renewal and as first supply, of standard or bespoke professional kitchen and catering equipment to be used on the 3 European Parliament sites in Brussels (lot 1), Luxembourg (lot 2) and Strasbourg (lot 3), including delivery, unpacking and the recovery of packaging.

— Installation of the supplied equipment, including checks, tests, adjustments, commissioning, training and acceptance.

— Dismantling of existing equipment.

— Implementation projects.

— Removal of used kitchen equipment for depollution and dismantling.

— Collection, transport, disposal or recovery of waste from refrigeration installations.

— Warranty and after-sales service during and outside the warranty period.

— have an office in or near the location for contract performance, thus providing the European Parliament with assurance that the contractual activities (installation and repairs) will be made within the time limits laid down in the contract.
