A summary of the expected community benefits has been provided as follows:

Tenderer must agree to secure the creation of training opportunities and/or work experience placements in connection with The Montrose Playhouse Project build, to a total of four training places (approx. 35 hrs/wk for the full term of contract) in accordance with MPP economic development activities. The contractor will set out in their submission, a service delivery plan/method statement satisfactory to MPP, concerning how they will generate training and work experience opportunities. Employment of trainees/placements should be open to applicants in Angus only.
