The Nordic countries have contributed with important knowledge products since 2016 in order to inform the policy development and the discussion on a new global contract on plastic littering. This report is the fourth in the series and will look more closely at the proposal on sustainability criteria in a new agreement across the entire life cycle of plastic as a means of fighting marine littering and the spread of micro-plastic. The report will inform further policy development in the UN.

List and brief description of selection criteria:

Requirement: Norwegian companies: Paid taxes and duties.

Documentation:

Must be presented upon request:

A certificate, not older than six months, which verifies that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations of payment of taxes, social security contributions and VAT. The certificate can be ordered and obtained from Altinn by using a separate link on skatteetaten.no. Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

List and brief description of selection criteria:

Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient capacity and experience to carry out the delivery.

Documentation: A description of the tenderer's three most relevant assignments in the last 3 years, together with information on the contracts' values, delivery dates, or implementation, and the names of the recipients.

Relevant assignments will be studies of a similar nature, complexity and/or scope as requested in this tender document and in Appendix 1 to the contract.

The tenderer will be responsible for ensuring that the description provides documentation that the criterium is met.
