Dėl šių prekių tiekimo tiekėjai, kuriems bus leista dalyvauti dinaminėje pirkimo sistemoje, bus kviečiami teikti pasiūlymus dėl konkretaus pirkimo šioje dinaminėje pirkimo sistemoje (toliau – konkretus pasiūlymas). DPS galiojimo terminas – 48 (keturiasdešimt aštuoni) mėnesiai.

Tiekėjas teikdamas paraišką kartu privalo pateikti užpildytą EBVPD pagal VPĮ 50 straipsnyje nustatytus reikalavimus ir patvirtinantį, kad nėra pagrindo jo pašalinti iš pirkimo.

Tiekėjas, per paskutinius 3 metus iki pasiūlymo pateikimo termino pabaigos pagal vieną ar daugiau sutarčių (projektų) yra savo jėgomis pristatęs ir sumontavęs panašių prekių (pvz. sandėliavimo konteineris, konteinerinis šaldytuvas, konteinerinis šaldiklis, pavojingų krovinių konteineris, konteinerinė cisterna, ISO konteinerinis dušas, ISO konteinerinis tualetas, ISO konteinerinė skalbykla, ISO konteinerinė prausykla ir pan.), kurių sutarčių vertė ne mažesnė kaip 500 000 EUR be PVM.

Tiekėjas, teikiantis pasiūlymą, turi įrodyti, kad siūlomos prekės techninę priežiūrą, garantinį remontą, montavimą ir pirkėjo personalo apmokymą naudoti prekę vykdys atitinkamą kvalifikaciją turintis personalas.
