Provision of security guard services.
The objective of the tender is to conclude a framework service contract with a company specialised in the security of persons and of premises which will be entrusted with the surveillance of the premises of the Agency for its 2 locations in:
a) Vasilissis Sofias 1, Maroussi, GREECE (2 premises);
b) Vassilika Vouton (Science and Technology Park of Crete — ITE), Heraklion, Crete, GREECE.
The objective of this procurement procedure is to conclude a framework service contract for an initial period of 1 year and a maximum period of 4 years, with a contractor specialised in the security of persons and of premises and which will be able to provide a team of motivated, well-monitored, professional security guards, for the surveillance of ENISA's premises in Maroussi Attiki, Greece and in Vassilika Vouton, Heraklion, Crete, Greece, as well as the provision of reception desk services.
In more detail, the successful company shall commit itself, by means of the personnel employed, to ensuring:
— the control of visitors' access to the premises,
— the surveillance and patrolling of premises in order to prevent any intrusion, damage to property or attack on persons or property,
— the immediate intervention on the spot in the event of an incident,
— the provision of reception desk services,
— the regular submission of reports to the Agency covering these operations and any incidents which occur.
The initial duration of the framework contract will be for 1 year as from the date of signature or on a mutually agreed starting date. The initial duration can be extended by tacit agreement for 3 further periods of 1 year each for a total possible duration of 4 years.
