Added value portal t/a Pagabo and acting on behalf of Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust wish to establish a framework of developers capable of providing developer led schemes within the UK for the whole of the public sector. The framework will cover, all types developer led schemes within construction and premises. It is proposed that the term of this framework agreement will be for a period of 4 years from September 2020, with the option to extend for a further 1 ½ year period to April 2026. The framework shall have the facility for clients to direct award and further compete their requirement. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure. A market engagement meeting is being held on the 30 June 2020 – 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. via Zoom. The framework will cover, all types developer led schemes within construction and premises. To register your interest in this framework, then please follow this link to Pagabo’s In-Tend tendering portal — https://in-tendhost.co.uk/pagabo/aspx/home. Where you will be required to either create an account of login, if you already have an account. Once logged in, locate the national framework for developer led schemes, under current tenders and click the ‘express interest’ button. Once you have expressed an interest, you will then automatically receive an update from the In-Tend portal as and when the tender documents for the framework have been published, which is currently expected to be the week commencing the 6 July 2020.
