List and brief description of selection criteria:

1._Solvencia Económica y financiera. Requisitos: La empresa licitadora deberá acreditar un volumen anual de negocios, que referido al año de mayor volumen de negocio de los tres últimos concluidos, deberá ser al menos el correspondiente al presupuesto base de licitación (IVA excluido) del lote de mayor cuantía al que se licite. Si se licita a un solo lote la cuantía deberá ser al menos la misma que el presupuesto base de licitación (IVA excluido) de dicho lote. La acreditación documental de la suficiencia de la solvencia económica y financiera, mediante declaración firmada del apoderado indicando el volumen de negocios global de la empresa en el ámbito del contrato, referido al mejor ejercicio dentro de los tres últimos disponibles, art. 87.2 LCSP..

III.1.3)Technical and professional ability
List and brief description of selection criteria:

1._Solvencia Técnica o profesional. Requisitos: Las empresas licitadoras deberán acreditar haber realizado suministros del mismo tipo o naturaleza correspondiente al objeto del contrato, efectuados en el curso de los últimos 5 años, siendo el importe anual acumulado igual o superior al presupuesto base de licitación del lote(s) al que se licite. Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en la cláusula 11.4 de condiciones generales, estos requisitos de solvencia deben ser acreditados solamente por la licitadora que haya presentado la mejor oferta mediante los documentos indicados en la cláusula 25.1 de cláusulas específicas del contrato. Relación de los principales suministros, que sean de igual o similar naturaleza que los que constituyen el objeto del contrato, realizados en los tres últimos años que incluya importe, fechas y destinatario, público o privado, de los mismos. Los suministros efectuados se acreditarán mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público o, cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado, mediante un certificado emitido por éste o, a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaración del empresario..
