The S2R Joint Undertaking is seeking to acquire the use of a multi-project (programme) management tool to manage all collaborative projects implemented by the S2R Joint Undertaking Members, stemming from the S2R Joint Undertaking annual calls for proposals under the rules for participation of H2020 and the S2R Joint Undertaking Regulation.
The tool should:
— allow and support the cooperation of the various R&I project participants to implement the description of the action for each awarded grant through daily project coordination and communication,
— offer a common interface and a platform for coordination, planning, control, technical/administrative/financial management, exchange of documents, comments and opinions and organisation of meetings of S2R projects,

— support and facilitate technical and financial periodic reporting that will be subsequently formalised through the H2020 Participant portal (http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/portal/desktop/en/home.html),

— be available to the S2R Joint Undertaking Members for the project proposal phase, as well as provide, during the project implementation phase, solutions to interface with the S2R public website the upload of publishable reports, deliverables, project status and similar information,
— be accessible via Web-based application(s) and compatible with the most popular Windows and Mac browsers (access by mobile devices can be considered an advantageous feature),
— record a history data (an audit trail) of all communication and modifications applied by individual access,
— guarantee the necessary reliability in terms of business continuity, security, as well as redundancies.
