The ongoing preparations for the new Erasmus+ programme have put digitalisation, simplification and inclusion at the forefront of the new vision for 2021-2017. In this context, it is necessary now to build upon the success of the existing Erasmus+ mobile phone app. This will further develop it into a single point of entry that assists higher education students and other learners at all stages of their mobility experience, by providing online tools they can use to administer their mobilities and other services, and get access to information and support before, during and after their period of mobility.
