II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Equigy aims for creating additional liquidity for balancing and congestion management markets by unlocking active participation of distributed assets, by further developing the CBP within the electricity sector to:

- Further develop the existing activities in the five countries;.

- Scale up the developed solutions with more customers (i.e. aggregators);

- Develop additional ancillary services /congestion management products;

- Develop additional value-adding functionalities (e.g. more advanced validation mechanisms);

- Enrol other TSOs in Europe as a step towards establishing a European standard;

- Enrol DSOs in the different markets for managing constraints and for unlocking DER for congestion management.
