The European Environment Agency (EEA) wishes to enter a framework contract with an experienced supplier to procure a wide range of general office supplies and stationary products for its office established at Kongens Nytorv 6, 1050 Copenhagen K, Denmark, as well as IT equipment (e.g. wireless mouse, wireless keyboards, laptop holders, etc.), ergonomic products (e.g. balance pillow for office chair, balance ball, matt for standing, etc.), and specific personal protection equipment ((e.g. ergonomic mouse, mouse trap, single use gloves and face masks, disinfectant gel, etc.) for its employees.

Quality criterion - Name: Online tool for ordering: tenderers shall provide information on the tool that can be used for online ordering upon request of the EEA. Characteristics that will be evaluated include technical features, user friendliness, support from providers to resolve technical issues with the tool, possibility for the EEA users to consult pending order(s) and follow the shipment of those orders, whether EEA users will be able to obtain statistics of products and items purchased both for financial statistics as well as EMAS purposes, and whether the system allows access to a regularly updated online catalogue of all office supplies and consumables supplied by the contractor, including their price and special offers / Weighting: 20
Quality criterion - Name: Customer service policy and quality assurance: tenderers shall provide a description of the way in which the delivery of supplies will be organized, including, inter alia, contract management, delivery time (as specified in section 1.2.1, the maximum delivery time shall be 7 calendar days, however more points will be given for a shorter delivery time), ensuring product quality (functionality) and range, customer service including online service and ways to ensure timely response to orders and enquiries / Weighting: 20
Quality criterion - Name: Environmentally friendly production: tenders will be evaluated in terms of their environmental characteristics in relation to sustainable production including recycling, minimal use of substances with global warming or ozone depleting effect, minimal waste impact/easy recyclability, etc. / Weighting: 10
