DWDR — New Marina Hard Landscaping and Access Road
The proposed scope of these works will involve the supply and installation of the following, including completion of post-contract design works:
— New Marina Office hard landscaping,
— clock tower square including the heritage asset installation, hard and soft landscaping and street furniture,
— New Marina Curve Access Road to include surfacing, lighting, signs and the like,
— New Marina Curve hard and soft landscaping,
— New Marina Welfare buildings (2Nr supplied by employer) foundations, access ramps and services,
— CCTV including fixtures and fittings,
— Comms including fixtures and fittings,
— Marina Curve Protrusion, surfacing and MEICA around buildings,
— PoWP resurfacing seaward end and demolition of the existing toilet and café facilities.
This notice is published to determine suitable candidates who could tender for the successful design and delivery of the works required for the DWDR — New Marina Hard Landscaping Contract at the Port of Dover. Suitability will be assessed through the qualitative assessment of potential tenderers as set our within the pre-qualification documentation. Proposals presented must be submitted strictly in accordance with these instructions. Following this qualitative assessment the most suitable tenderers are to be invited to submit single stage lump sum bids for the works (currently envisaged as 4 tenderers).
Please note that this strategy may be subject to change based upon the pre-qualification process; this may include an altered procurement route or an increase/decrease of tendering parties.
