Balloons and Stents for Vascular Intervention Radiology for Health Trusts in the Central Norway Regional Health Authority
The Contracting Authority wants to enter into Framework Agreements for consumables for vascular intervention radiology for the Hospitals in the Central Norway Regional Health Authority.
The vascular intervention radiology is currently provided at the following hospitals included in the Central Norway Regional Health Authority: St. Olavs Hospital Trust (Trondheim) and Møre and Romsdal Hospital Trust (Ålesund hospital). Other hospitals in the region have options to enter into the Framework Agreements.
The contract is divided into the following 10 lots:
— balloon catheters, standard 0,035",
— balloon catheters, OTW 0,014"/0,018",
— balloon catheters, monorail 0,014,
— medical balloons 0,014",
— medical balloons 0,035",
— extendable balloon stents, monorail 0,014",
— extendable balloon stents 0,035",
— self-extendable balloon stents 0,035",
— self-extendable stents for areas near joints, e.g. arteria poplitea,
— self-extendable medicament distributing stents.
The combined contract value for all lots per annum is estimated to 4 000 000 NOK. The total contract value is estimated to 16 000 000 NOK.

The competition is divided into the following lots:
The tenderer's documents and tender must be submitted for Lots 01-10 Balloons and stents for vascular intervention radiology, HMN
1 year + 1 year.
The contract can be extended for 1+1 year. Other hospitals included included in the Central Norway Regional Health Authority.
Afdeling III: Juridische, economische, financiële en technische inlichtingen
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.
Tenderers must have a credit score equal to A or better, based on AAA Soliditet's scale — or equivalent score from other reputable credit rating agencies.
Tenderers must have good ability and capacity to be able to fulfil the contract obligations.
An overview of the most important deliveries of goods or services that the tenderer has carried out in the last 3 years, together with information on the contract's value, delivery date or execution and the name of the recipient.
