Dynamic purchase system - lifts - improvements, modernisation and new procurements
The contracting authority will establish a dynamic purchase system for lifts, which will include the following:
— More maintenance and improvements,
— New lifts (person lifts and goods lifts).
Maintenance and improvements with a value of up to 100 000 NOK excluding VAT will be dealt with through a separate framework agreement for lift service and maintenance.
New lifts are subject to being covered by contracts that are held as independent contests.
There will be contests for each sub-contract under the dynamic purchase system.

Tenderers must have ther tax and VAT payments in order.
Tenderers must be creditworthy.
Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.
Tenderers must have skilled personnel for the assignment. (Skilled personnel means persons who, through education, courses, practice, etc., have competence as a lift installer or equivalent level.)
Tenderers must have a well-functioning environmental management system.
Requirements regarding wage and working conditions.
An apprentice scheme is required and apprentices must be used.
There are limitations to the number of links in the supplier chain.
