Online Content Production for the European Commission Representation in Finland: PO/2018-11/HEL
In the context of its information and communication policy, the European Commission Representation in Finland publishes and disseminates online and via other channels localised and locally produced articles and information in writing and visual and audio-visual format: a total of 50 Articles, 20 visuals and 5 videos EU-related per year, mostly in Finnish but may also include a maximum of 5 articles and 2 visuals in the Swedish language. The objective of this tender is to conclude a direct contract with a contractor to produce content to assist the representation with these tasks.
Representation of the European Commission in Helsinki
The subject of this contract is the production of online content mainly in Finnish and sometimes in Swedish on EU policy issues for Finnish audiences. The content (articles, visuals and audio-visuals) is to be published and disseminated as appropriate by the European Commission Representation in Finland on its weekly newsletter, website and its social media channels (mainly Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube). Other use of content will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis by the contractor and the representation.
A maximum of 3 times, for a period of 12 months. The period of performance of the contract may be extended only with the express written agreement of the parties before the expiration of such period.
