The services to be provided are transport tickets, accommodation, and related services chargeable to the European Parliament in the exercise of their official business including technical assistance in the definition and implementation of their travel policies.
The services shall be provided in accordance with the internal rules of the European Parliament.
The agency can be called to deliver services in the premises of the European Parliament (‘implant’), mainly Brussels, Luxembourg and/or Strasbourg, or from a distance (‘explant’).
A separate office to provide leisure travel may be established by the agency at the premises of the European Parliament on a commercial basis and on its own account.
