Under this concession, the contractor will be responsible for providing all services necessary for the overall management of vending machines that he has provided, in particular:
— provision, installation, connection and operational testing of vending machines,
— filling vending machines with food and drinks,
— regular maintenance of vending machines (checking that they are working correctly, technical maintenance, internal and external cleaning, disinfecting),
— call-out, repair, replacement of parts and, where appropriate, faulty vending machines,
— disposal of waste resulting from filling (packaging, etc.) and maintenance,
— monitoring and inspecting quality, hygiene and safety,
— administrative and financial management,
— after-sales service,
3 types of vending machines shall be installed by the contractor:
— hot drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate);
— cold drinks (water, soft drinks, fruit juices),
— snacks (sweet and savoury products).
