Oracle applications DBA: full managed service for the University's Oracle eBusiness Suite middleware (database) layer. Limited functional and applications support and availability of appropriate consultancy services as and when required. Support for ongoing routine development work, plus, at the client's discretion, support for more fundamental version upgrades. Support for reporting using business intelligence tools such as OBI EE. This is not intended as an exhaustive list. Service support is required to be available for the University's branch campuses (e.g. Dubai and Malaysia) as well as it's main Edinburgh Campus. The hardware stack is currently within the University's Information Services section's datacentre, with offsite DR backup.
