II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Forsvaret [the Norwegian Armed Forces] is implementing multiple investment projects. Requirements for the implementation of these shall be in line with the Sate and the Norwegian Armed Forces’ regulations and must therefore be implemented in a secure and credible manner.

The Norwegian Armed Force’ organisation is undergoing constant change. Common training shall secure the necessary competence and ensure good quality for the investment companies.

Management in Forsvarsmateriell [the Norwegian Defence Material Agency’ has determined to use Lean and Continual Improvement as a a strategic tool to achieve coveted improvements, and have specified this in the following vision:

'Through an improvement culture, the Norwegian Defence Materials Agency shall use available resources in a best possible matter and continually improve our ability for goal achievement'.

The objective of this procurement is to meet the need for training services in Continual Improvement and Lean, that the Norwegian Defence Material Agency’ has.
