Aufgrund des Realisierungskonzeptes musste das Fluchtweggerüst vom 3.OG ST zu Dach L+R umgebaut werden. Für Putz-, Malerarbeiten und Zugänglichkeit wurden im Kern 4 + Kern 5 (Schacht-) Gerüste benötigt. Sanierung der Stützen an Achse L1 vom EG-2.OG. Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers ist aus technischen Gründen nicht möglich.
