Provision of Medical Services for Cedefop and ENISA
The current call for tenders is for the provision of medical services for the pre-recruitment and annual medical check-ups and a range of general, preventive and occupational medical services to Cedefop’s and ENISA’s current and future staff members. Cedefop acts on its own behalf for lot 1 and on behalf of ENISA for lot 2.
Provision of Medical Services for Cedefop
The maximum budget for the required services is EUR 300 000 over a four-year period.
Automatic renewal up to three times, each for an additional period of one year, in total four years.
Provision of Medical Services for ENISA
Athens (GREECE) and Heraklion-Crete (GREECE).

The public opening of tenders will take place virtually (Points 3.2 and 4 of the invitation to tender).

Section VI: Complementary information
In case of unavailability or disruptions in the functioning of the electronic means of communication provided in Section I.3) in the last five calendar days before the time limit for receipt indicated in Section IV.2.2), the contracting authority reserves the right to extend this time limit and publish the extension at the internet address provided in Section I.3, without a preceding publication of a corrigendum to this notice. Economic operators interested in this procurement are invited to subscribe to the call for tenders at the address in Section I.3) in order to get notified when new information or documents are published.
Within two months of the notification to the plaintiff, or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge. A complaint to the European Ombudsman does not have as an effect either to suspend this period or to open a new period for lodging appeals.
