The purpose of the contract is to implement a Programme of exchanges of good practices on gender equality in 2019 and 2020. The Programme of exchanges of good practices facilitates the exchange of information on gender equality policies issues and the transferability of good practices between countries. It aims at reinforcing mutual learning between the participating countries, at developing synergies in partnership with the European Commission, with a view to strengthening policies in the priority areas of the Strategic Engagement for Gender Equality 2016-2019. The Programme of exchanges of good practices focuses on concrete policy measures, addressing both opportunities and constraints for policy implementation and concretely highlighting the possibilities and/or constraints for transferability to Member States. These exchanges will support the policy discussion on gender equality at EU and national levels.

The tasks will be performed on the Contractor’s premises, as well as in the countries where seminars will take place.
II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The Programme of exchanges of good practices on gender equality (hereafter “the Programme”) consists of 3 seminars each year. Each seminar will last 1,5 days. For each seminar of exchanges 18 countries will be gathered to discuss one or several policy measures. This includes 1 Host Country, possibly one Co-Host Country and Participating Countries.
