A service provider is being sought with proven expertise in financial data gathering, to provide data on companies which invest the most in research and development (R&D). The required service involves the ability to access economic, financial and R&D data of companies with worldwide geographic and industry coverage. The provider should estimate the required indicators company by company and harmonise them for all countries and industries according to standard definitions. These data will allow the Commission's JRC Directorate B to elaborate the EU Industrial R&D Investment Scoreboard editions 2020-2023.
