In the case of framework agreements, justification for any duration exceeding 4 years:

the contract duration (4 years + renewal by tacit agreement for 1 period of 1 year) is justified as follows:

— the complex nature and scale of the cradle installations require the service provider to have in-depth knowledge of the equipment and know-how that can only be acquired after a relatively long period of time,

— in order to ensure the continuity of activities taking place in the building and guarantee the safety of users (mainly the window cleaners), it is necessary to be able to count on the reliability and efficiency of the services provided, which will greatly depend on the experience that the service provider has acquired on site.
