ICT helpdesk services.
Europol requires the provision of 1st level ICT support services for internal users of Europol as of 1.6.2018. Europol expects the training period to start 3 months before this (1.3.2018) in order to ensure a smooth handover.
ICT helpdesk services will consist of a helpdesk for incoming e-mails and phone calls and a welcome desk for walk-in ad hoc support for internal users of Europol. It's the first point of contact for all ICT-related incidents and service requests.
2 possible automatic renewals of 12 months each.
Europol may, during the 3 years following the conclusion of the (initial) contract, have recourse to the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice (Article 134(e) of the rules of application) for additional contracts involving services similar to those assigned to the party awarded this contract by the same contracting authority.

Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge of the plaintiff an action for annulment could be launched. Any request made and any reply from the contracting authority, or any complaint for maladministration, will have neither the purpose nor the effect of suspending the time limit for launching an action for annulment or of opening a new period for launching an action for annulment.
