The provision of works for kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects for public sector organisations in 8 regional Lots throughout England.
The arrangement will be awarded under 2 work streams (WS1 or WS2). Micro/SME's will be encouraged to tender for the lower value banded work stream 1 (Project Value: 3 000 GBP-250 000 GBP) in 1 or 2 adjoining geographic area Lots. Larger organisations will be encouraged to tender for the higher value banded work stream 2 (Project Values: Tier 1 —250 001 GBP-750 000 GBP, Tier 2 — 500 000 GBP +) in 1 or more geographic area Lots throughout England.
The invitation to the restricted procedure is advertised in OJEU in 4 contract notices with the following intended regional splits: Contract Notice 2 (the subject of this Contract notice): England — 8 geographic area Lots, 2 value banded work streams. It is envisaged that 11 companies will be appointed in each geographic area Lot totalling a possible 88 companies.
