Luton Council require a provider of UPVC guttering, soffits, fascia and accessories which can be held in stock and collected by Technicians on a daily basis from Luton. Deliveries to the Kingsway Depot @ Luton are also required.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

BTS are the Councils own contractor who carry out repairs and maintenance for the Councils Housing stock. Part of this work is to replace fascias, soffits and gutters. Currently the materials needed to do this work are supplied by a local supplier so the installers can pick up materials on the way to their job. As well as these materials we also require various UPVc trim, window board silicone and accessories to enable the finishing of the installation of UPVc windows. These materials will be ordered in bulk and need to be delivered within 24 hours of ordering to the depot at Kingsway Luton.
