The Contractor will be creating shells for the new Second World War Gallery (SWWG) and new The Holocaust Gallery (THG), two fully fitted-out learning spaces on Level 1 and Level 2 of the Museum, upgrading the HVAC services to a storage area on Level 2 and a refurbished toilet block, also on Level 2 of the Museum.

At present, the works are scheduled to run from January 2019 until December 2020. Timeframes and completion dates for specific sections within that period will vary.

This is a restricted procurement process. Initial selection will be through a PQQ to determine a tender shortlist.

The Questionnaire return deadline is 23.8.2018. Once evaluation has been completed, up to six tenderers will be shortlisted to be invited to tender.

The tender is scheduled to be issued on 31.8.2018, with a return deadline of 15.10.2018. Following tender evaluation, clarification and sign-off, the provisional appointment is scheduled to be made on 9.11.2018 and confirmed 20.12.2018.
