Justification for a framework agreement, the duration of which exceeds four years: The contract resulting from the present call for tenders will have an initial duration of 4 years as from the date of signature, and will be renewable up to 3 times, each time for an additional period of 1 year. The maximum contract duration of up to 7 years is justified by the effort, duration and cost for the phasing-in/out of the contract and the cost for the future contractor to set up its own organisation to handle the services.
