II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Nordhordland og Gulen Interkommunale Renovasjonsselskap IKS (NGIR) is an intermunicipal company for the municipalities of Alver, Austrheim, Fedje, Gulen, Solund, Masfjorden and Modalen.

The contest is for the delivery of fully buried containers for NGIR IKS, Kjevikdalen.

The total amount in the contract period and the amount per annum are uncertain. The estimate for 2023 is 10 and for 2024 it is 20. The contracting authority is not obliged to procure a specific amount, and the amount can be less or morer than the estimate.

III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers

Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate. Foreign tenderers: Documentation verifying that the tenderer is registered in the trade index or business register as prescribed in the legislation of the country where the tenderer is established.

List and brief description of selection criteria:

Requirement: Tenderers must have the financial capacity to fulfil the contract/delivery.

Documentation: A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The credit rating must be score A or equivalent. The rating must be carried out by an agency with concession to provide credit information. Tenderers may be asked to submit annual accounts for the last 2 years approved by an auditor.

Requirement: Tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.

Documentation: Tax and VAT certificate.

The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline. Foreign tenderers must present certificates from corresponding authorities in own countries.
