II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Für den Neubau eines Verwaltungsgebäudes für die Verbandsgemeinde Montabaur wurden im Jahr 2016 in der Innenstadt Montabaurs Grundstücke erworben und Abbruchmaßnahmen durchgeführt. Eckpunkte der Planung sind ein Hochbau mit ca. 6700 m² BGF, ein Untergeschoss sowie Frei- und Verkehrsanlagen. Das Baugrundstück hat eine Fläche von rd. 3000 m² und liegt zwischen der Wallstraße und dem Steinweg, umgeben von überwiegend drei- bis viergeschossiger Bebauung. Das Grundstück ist weitestgehend ebenerdig (Höhenunterschiede < 1m) und von Bebauung und Vegetation befreit.
