II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Allgemein. Das Gebäude befindet sich im Hochwasserbereich. Die Trockenbauarbeiten werden teils im Bestand (ca. 2.000 m³) teils im Neubau ca. (5.700 m³) ausgeführt. Das Dach des teilunterkellerten zweigeschossigen Bestandes wird als Brettstapeldecke ausgeführt, der nicht unterkellerte, teilweise zweigeschossige Neubau wird teils als Holkörperdecke teils als Flachdecke ausgeführt. Die Außenwände werden betoniert, die Innenwände aus HLZ gemauert. Die Gründung des Neubaus wird größtenteils als Bodenplatte in unterschiedlichen Stärken ausgeführt.
