Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
AIm Zuge der Bauarbeiten kam es an einigen Stellen zu Mengenmehrungen. Z.B. Kabelzug, Aushub oder RÜckbau); Der AN fordert eine ANpassung zugehöriger Pauschalpositionen (BE-Flächen, Baustelleneinrichtung) die aufgrund der Mengenmehrungen ebenfalls mehr bzw. aufwändiger wurden; Die Leistungen sind direkte Vor- oder Nachfolgeleistungen der Bauhauptleistungen. Eine Ausführung durch andere Unternehmen wäre rein praktisch gar nicht möglich.
