Nachfolgend beschriebene Gerüstbauarbeiten finden am Süd- und Westflügel des denkmalgeschützten Gebäudekomplexes auf dem Stiftsberg in Quedlinburg statt. Die Rüstung ist für folgende Arbeiten geplant:

Naturstein-, Putz- und Malerarbeiten an Außenwänden sowie Dachdecker-, Dachklempner- und Zimmererarbeiten im Dachbereich des Süd- und Westflügels des Schlosses.

Die Arbeiten werden in einer Höhe bis 30 m zum Teil in extrem schwierig zugänglichen Bereichen ausgeführt

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Sandstrahl- und Dachklempnerarbeiten an den Giebeln Süd, West und Nord ist die Errichtung von freitragenden Gerüsten über den Dachflächen erforderlich. Da die Dächer abgedeckt sind und die Dachkonstruktionen Instand gesetzt werden, ist eine Auflastung nicht möglich. Die Stellung der Gerüstkonstruktionen ist notwendig, um eine zeitnahe und von der Instandsetzung der Dachkonstruktion unabhängige Ausführung der Fassade- und Klempnerarbeiten zu ermöglichen.
