VII.1.4)Description of the procurement:

Nachfolgend beschriebene Gerüstarbeiten in und an der Stiftskirche St. Servatius in Quedlinburg erfolgen für folgende Arbeiten:

- Natursteinarbeiten an den Außenwände (innen und außen), Zimmer-, Dachdecker.- und Dachklempnerarbeiten am Dach der Stiftskirche.

Die Arbeiten werden in einer Höhe von:

- ca. 9,00 m (Traufe Seitenschiff),

- ca. 16,00 m(Mittelschiff),

- ca. 24,00 m (First) ausgeführt.

Es erfolgt ebenfalls das Einrüsten der Giebelflächen des Querhauses.

Weiterhin sind Arbeiten im Innenbereich der Kirche geplant für die Raumgerüste für die Arbeiten an der Decke herzustellen sind.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Vom Zimmerer wurde für die Ausführung der Arbeiten ein Wetterschutzdach aufgebaut. Der Gerüstbauer meldet dagegen Bedenken an, mit der Begründung, dass die zusätzlichen Lasten bei der Aufstellung der Rüstung nicht berücksichtigt gewesen sind. Die Gerüststatik ist Leistung des Gerüstbauers und nicht des über den Bauherrn beauftragten Statikers. Dieser wurde zu dem Thema aber trotzdem befragt und hat empfohlen sich an den Austeller des Gerüstes zu wenden und die Notdachkonstruktion durch ihn bewerten und planen zu lassen. Er kennt alle Randbedingungen (Aufstellebene, Fassadenverankerung, Lasten…) und hat daraufhin einen Nachweis für die Standsicherheit für die von ihm gewählte Gerüstkonstruktion erstellt. Dafür übernimmt er auch die Verantwortung. Der Gerüstbauer hat keine andere Möglichkeit, als seine Bedenken gegen eine nicht von ihm montierte Zusatzkonstruktion am Gerüst anzumelden, da er für die Standsicherheit des Gerüstes verantwortlich ist.
