Framework Agreement for the Purchase of Micro-sensors for Measuring Air Pollution
The framework agreements concern purchase of micro-sensors with the necessary encapsulation for airometry. The framework agreement are divided into two lots. Parallel framework agreements will be entered into with two tenderers for each of the lots. The tenderer may choose to submit tenders for one or both of the lots.

The sensor-system offered for lot 1 must have a maximum price of NOK 30 000 excluding VAT per sensor-system.
Sensor-system Measuring Minimum PM10 and PM2.5
Sensor-system measuring minimum PM10 and PM2.5. The sensor-system offered for lot 2 must have a maximum price of NOK 10 000 excluding VAT per sensor-system.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Requirement: the tenderer must be a legally established company.
Documentation: Norwegian companies: Certificate of Business Registration
Foreign tenderers: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Requirement: The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
Documentation requirement: credit evaluation/rating, not older than 1 year, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit assessment itself.
Requirement 1: the tenderer must have implemented quality assurance measures suitable for the assignment.
Documentation: a description of the tenderer's quality assurance measures/quality management system.
If the tenderer is certified, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of a certificate issued by independent bodies, which confirms compliance with certain quality assurance standards.
Requirement 2: experience with the sale of micro-sensors for measuring air quality is required.
Documentation: a description of the tenderer's relevant assignments carried out during the last 3 years. The overview must indicate who the contracting authority was, name of a contact person, the system's complexity, the scope and value of the assignment, as well as the time and location of the assignments.
