II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Polttopuita arvioidaan hankittavan Pahkajärven ampuma-alueella 2000 irto-m3/vuosi ja varuskunnan alueelle 500 irto-m3/vuosi. Tilattavien polttopuiden määrään vaikuttaa harjoitusten määrä ja säätila. Esitetty määrä on sitoumukseton arvio, joka voi ylittyä tai alittua.

Toimittaja vastaa puiden siirtämisestä varaston/polttopuuliiterin sisälle.

Polttopuut tulee toimittaa kahden viikon kuluessa tilauksesta.

Toimittaja voi halutessaan valmistaa polttopuut paikan päällä Pahkajärven polttopuuvaraston pihalla.

Sopimuksen perusteella tehtävien hankintojen määrä voi ylittyä yhteensä enintään 20 % arvioiduista sopimuskauden aikaisista kokonaismääristä. Lisähankintavaraus voidaan lunastaa sopimusaikana, kun arvioitu kokonaismäärä on täyttynyt.

Lisähankintavarauksen perusteella tehtyihin hankintoihin sovelletaan tilausajankohdan hintoja. Ylitysvara sisältyy sopimuksen arvioituun enimmäisarvoon.
